Good morning - Sunny and frosty here. It almost goes without saying these days that I'll be spending a bit more time at the allotment.

I hope the test results are good BC. Also hope the battery used for the tests was properly charged up.

boozer you actually work sometimes and after having heart investigations - steady on old chap you'll be telling us ya goin dancing next - whatever. been having a look at f3a recently but it is a bit sad and staid these days and they are still fighting even without you!

Hey listen here my friend.
We walked right over The Great Orme in Llandudno yesterday and did 12 Kilometers and 18,000 steps.
So no worries about dancing at all!
Major heart operation included last December to replace my Mitral Valve!
