What's on your menu today

Chili con carne for us today.

I am having a low calorie day. Two brown rolls with cheese and ham washed down with Elan Valley wine.  It's on tap in our house.

Pork chops,  stuffing, roast potatoes, cabbage and onion gravy.

We're having pork chops too Goldie baked in an oven dish surrounded by potatoes, shallots and green peppers.....served with cauli and broccoli cheese.

Boiled ham joint. Mashed potatoes carrots, green beans, peas and parsley sauce.

Slow-cooked beef casserole with boiled potatoes.

Just finished. We had a chicken that I cooked this morning, and chilled in the fridge,with eight cloves of garlic stuffed up its rear end. We had it with a salad

Remains of yesterday's boiled ham made into a Spanish tortillo and salad.

Butterflied chicken breasts pan-fried ... mine with my homemade madras curry sauce and Mrs Malc's with homemade Coleslaw and avocado salad

Meatballs and spaghetti today.

A beef hot-pot is simmering away on the hob, we will have it with dumplings and beetroot

Roast chicken dinner today with all the trimmings  :;smile:

Chicken Kievs with added garlic butter, chips and peas.
