Only £28. That is extortionate, I can never understand how restaurants have the nerve to charge anything up to five times the retail price, considering that buy at trade prices.

Very nice. We also buy and enjoy buffalo and apple burgers, ostrich burgers, venison and porkburgers. We tried crocodile burgers, and found them to be rather bland, like not very flavoursome chicken, you are advised to marinate them first. Wagyu beef burgers are also very tasty.

Tonight we are having extra large battered haddock fillets from Aldi, with curly fries, and mushy peas.

Regularly, they are all quick and easy, as well as tasty.  I don't have much time these days, 'Er indoors cannot handle heavy pots and pans and shopping bags, so I have to see to all that.

I had an Asda chicken tikka masala and rice today. Very tasty. I don't buy the pre-cooked Pilau rice though. £1.30 is a bit expensive for a helping of something that I can cook myself for a fraction of the cost (even allowing for the gas to cook it). I've got some Pilau rice flavouring that does a fair job of making the rice look the right colour.

I am never successful with Pilau rice Mart.
