| Well, the Pepperoni Pizza I had planed took a nose dive. Anyone ever seen a Pizza that was one hour ten minutes over cooked, not very appitizing to say the least. I put the Pizza in at two minutes to seven then dozed off in the armchair. It was 8:30 when I woke up. Pizza slightly overcooked to say the least. |

| Pork burgers (home made, of course) with apple sauce and a baked potato with fromage frais.
I put a bit of onion powder and some chopped sage in with the pork before forming the burgers. |

Same here... The fish is the best available locally, but how I would love to have caught it fresh today. Sadly, no longer have the boat - health issues required the sale. ----------------------------------------- ..

| Sorry to read you had to sell the boat Irene. You are right of course, Line caught fresh fish is the best tasting. I'm looking forward to mine tonight. Haddock in breadcrumbs with some potato wedges, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Lovely. |

| Skinless chicken breast fillet, stuffed with feta cheese and fresh basil, then rolled in Serrano Ham and cooked in the oven.
They will be accompanied by 'Crinkle Cut Butternut Chips' (reduced in Sainsbury's from £1.25 to 62p), which will be cooked the in Actifry. To complete the plate: steamed broccoli and asparagus. ----------------------------------------- ..

| We had beef balls in a tomato based sauce - mine was accompanied by boiled rice, management had couscous, which I hate with a passion. It reminds me of the semolina pudding of my childhood.
The beef's balls were scale models - not full size ----------------------------------------- This post may contain controversial personal opinion, humour, ironic comment or sarcasm.
