Erm ... I've been rummaging back through some of my old emails (some 5 years old) ... and Mal sent me one or two under the name Mike, even though he signed off as Mal.
That's gone and really messed it up hasn't it.

It most certainly has .... full of shopping reviews about Asda and Waitrose.

Well it whatever way he has done it ; it would seem that Mal or Mike has walked away from here for good and he didn't sound too grand when he did?

It doesn't look good does it and I reckon we'll never know now what became of him.

this is why I urge people to leave instructions for your nearest and dearest - my son knows how to access my forums and were the password booklet is etc and to notify as many identified as possible of my demise - it seems a sensible and caring thing to do really ? unless you live alone and have no family ; there are always exceptions and you will then be forgiven?

my take on Mal was that he was never the sorta guy who would just walk away from his responsibilities - so it don't sound good. The births deaths and marriages for his area will do a search on christian name only and area name - I understand that the other long term resident here did that with no result - anyone wanna give it another go or anyone know anyone in the funeral business in that part of the world or even the whole of UK?

forum motion which this site is part of does have a facebook page but discussing our issue here would involve registering on that site and then discussing it - i am not keen atm - but it is another avenue of exploration if anyone wanted to try?
