good morning - It was snowing at around 5.00 a.m. but just wet and miserable now. One of those nights when sleep wouldn't come, so I gave up and got up. Plenty of time to doze in the day.

Good morning - It's sunny! It suddenly turned that way late afternoon yesterday. Gloom and rain is due to return early next week according to the forecasters.

Good morning - Dry and cold at the moment but rain is expected later. The temperature inside the house has gone down to 14 degrees. Running a couple of electric fires for quick results.

Good morning - A rainy day again but not cold at 10 degrees. Good news that we're all being vaccinated. I hear we have fair degree of immunity a couple of weeks after the first injection. Even so, I think I'll have difficulty with behaving anything like the same as before the virus struck. It'll take time to build confidence.

Great that we've all been jabbed, and we will all have relative immunity leading to full immunity after the booster in a few weeks time.

Sunny and frosty here at present but it looks like rain by this evening. There is talk of snow but it's been a long time since there was significant snow around here. It probably won't be much if there is any (famous last words  )
