Chicken curry, rice with homemade naan  :;smile:

It's Saturday. Spaghetti and Bolognese night. 

Roast chicken today with eight cloves of garlic inside its belly.  It's roasting now ready for chilling and eating with a salad.

Roast chicken, roasties, carrot/swede/parsnip mash and cauli and lots of gravy !

Enjoy it the same as we will.  Try putting several cloves of peeled garlic inside like I do.  It gives the flesh a delicate hint of garlic, and the cooked cloves are good to eat.

No criticism. Just a passing observation.

Tonight, we're having an entree of Bandicoot broth followed by a main course of deep-fried Dingo and sauteed Snake in a delicate Emu sauce with coddled Koala testicles for dessert.

Hard to believe ................

Whilst it was clearly a brilliant contribution, it was not actually intended to post it twice.

Beef casserole for us today.
Sliced thick chunks of beef steak with onion, celery, carrot, swede and parsnip, slow cooked in beef stock....served with plain boiled potatoes.

Croissant and jam for breakfast, beetroot, cheese salad for lunch. 

Fresh fish paella for supper.  :;smile:

Same as yesterday.  Cold roast chicken and salad

Lancashire Paella for us today
Chicken, prawns, sausage meat, onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, chilli, garlic, ginger, five-spice, truffle salt and rice.

Chicken stir fry with noodles.

Steak, chips, mushrooms, peas, fried tomatoes and fried onions with a crispy roll  :;smile:

Shepherds pie today, with fresh vegetables.

Un-bloody-believable.
