Tuna steaks with spuds carrots and sprouts

I've taken some chicken breasts out of the freezer, but today's meal is, as yet, still a mystery !

We are both too busy today to even think about cooking. My bet is that an M&S curry will emerge from the freezer to be served with rice.

Well...I have prepared the veg, finely sliced, and the chicken is cut into chunks and is marinading.
It will all be turned into a Chinese stir-fry and will be served with egg fried rice.

Pork steaks with roast spuds, carrots and sprouts.

Silverside braised in red wine with shallots and carrots. Served with roast spuds, roast parsnips and pointy cabbage.

Er indoors is outdoors today shopping with her friend so will have a lunch.

Changed our minds. We are having smoked salmon fillets cooked in Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup

WE ummed and arrred a bit about what to eat this evening because management is a volunteer at a charity shop and she was asked to work until late this afternoon. So I was chief cook and bottle washer and took an M$S Curry out of the freezer which we had with garlic naan and rice.

Beef Curry today made with the leftovers of yesterday's braised beef. Having it with potatoes cooked in with the curry.
