ya see this is exactly the problem now - someone at least one person should have Malcolms personal details in case of an emergency so that his family ca be contacted - what a bummer!

I understand what you are saying Davo - but people are reluctant to make public their full details because of all the scammers and trolls that infest the internet World.
Perhaps you will start things off by setting a good example Davo and giving us full details about yourself and don't omit your inside leg measurement.

On another forum where I am a moderator - members are asked to register their contact details so that they can be contacted by either of the administrators in the event of the forum - or members - going AWOL.  In that instance there is more than one admin - which avoids the problem we have here where it is the lone admin who has become silent.

Frustrating innit.

well the main problem is tryin to work out who is goin before who - eg my dear bro' died 7 years ago in Spain and he was younger than I and his missus won't talk to me now! what we now need to do is a full health check of all existing members starting with YOU AO and I'll do ya inside measurements "from all sides now" but seriously I have instructed my one and only son who's health I am cherishing to take hold of my laptop on my departure and check everything on it including the websites I regularly frequent and inform them of such an event.
