It has all cleared away and is gorgeous at present.

Seven degrees and fine at present in Burntwood.

It's been a bit of a dismal day here and just when I was about to put my thermal undies away I've decided to keep them on. Tis chilly around the nether regions otherwise.

another cold day and forecast is rain what a surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overcast with some wind but we are supposed to cop the tail end of cyclone Pam which has just demolished Vanuatu in the Pacific Islands. Looks like we and Australia will be doing a rescue mission, their housing has been largely destroyed and infrastructure ruined.

Four degrees and cloudy in Burntwood.

A miserable wet day here today
Had some sad news an old childhood friend  passed away.
Its hard to take in so i am feeling very down today.

Sorry about the bad news.  This is one of the penalties of getting old.  We have seen so many go now.  When I met 'Er indoors, she had two sisters and eight brothers.  Both sisters are long since gone and only three brothers remain, one with bad Alzheimer's.

It is three degrees and drizzling in Burntwood this morning.  Not a good aid to the attitude.
