Enjoyed a lovely meal cooked by hubby.

Just enjoying my fresh fruity breakfast...banana, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, peaches and pears on a bed of Weetabix and cornflakes and full-fat milk.
Home made chicken madras curry with basmati rice and poppadoms for me today and salmon fillet poached in Chardonnay with onion, peppers, grapes and cucumber served with a potato rosti for Mrs M

Yoghurt and fruit, followed by toast and jam and a cuppa.

Later fish, mashed potatoes, peas and they do lovely creamy deserts  :;smile:

Off the clinic and hospital today so not sure. Just enjoyed fruit and youghurt

Braised steak with onions and mushrooms for later with broccoli and boiled potatoes.

Fried steak for me with roast spuds cauliflower and carrots.  I fancy butter on the veg today rather than gravy.

Just had pork tenderloin pieces plus chips cooked with just a little oil in the oven.

Noodles, mushrooms, peppers with pork pieces. Yoghurt yum  :;smile:

We had baked salmon with a drop of lemon juice with a salad.

Beans on toast with a bit of grated cheese over the top. Yummy

Tonight its chicken thighs in a BBQ sauce with a salad.

Asda's Hot Chicken Tikka Masala with a large handful of peas thrown in.

Pork chops today for us, slow cooked in the oven with onions and chunky potatoes.
Served with cauli, broccoli, cabbage and carrots.
Neapolitan ice-cream to follow with fresh strawberries and cherries and blueberries.

Nothing exciting wholemeal thins with ham and tomatoes. Lovely fresh melon though yum yum.

Just pasta with bacon pieces, mushrooms,  ham, sweetcorn, peas  a can of condensed mushroom soup,thrown in and scoffed  :;smile: may be too full for dessert but you never know  :;groan;:that's supper though
