| Chicken fillets wrapped in Prosciutto (A Tesco special) along with sliced courgettes that were shallow fried in oil with beef oxo sprinkled over the top. 4 hash browns too. |

| Fish, New Jersey potatoes, and broccoli. Strawberries &a cream ....but no cream for me I am on a weight watchers diet, l will have a natural yogurt with my strawberries. |

| Steak strips, onions, peppers, celery and mushrooms done in the slow cooker then made into a different kind of cottage pie, finished off in the oven with a cheese topping. Strawberries and cream to follow. |

| Start with the green beans. I always like to flavour them up after cooking. This being done with:
Butter. Panang curry paste. Hoisin sauce. Turmeric. Ginger. Black pepper.
This gives them a good taste.
The beans were eaten along with turkey sausages and hash browns. |
