Today we are having pizza, homemade with topping depending on what's in the fridge but definitely with anchovies & Emmental cheese.

| An Asda Hot Chicken Tikka Masala and rice. Asda curries (not the frozen ones) are very tasty.

| Fish in tempura batter. Don't have the fish yet - I'll have to see what's available and suitable.
I make tempura batter by mixing 2 measures of flour, 1 measure of cornflour (maize flour) and mixing immediately before use with enough ice cold fizzy water to make a runny paste - like double cream. Don't over mix, a few flour lumps will be OK. Dip the fish pieces in the batter and deep fry until cooked. Note the batter will remain fairly pale coloured. Serve straightaway.
The ice cold fizzy water might seem unnecessary but is doesn't work well without it. We have a Sodastream but you can use bought-in fizzy mineral water as well. |

If you can get to a Morrisons, as I said they have them. In Burntwood they bake them in house. They also have salt and pepper baps, and we like these even more. ----------------------------------------- Gustav Mahler is the finest composer who ever lived. |
