| I am going to cook a Chinese meal tonight. Sweet and sour chicken and beef strips in a garlic and black bean sauce.
The sweet and sour will be home made, but the garlic and black bean sauce will be out of a sachet.
It will be accompanied by boiled rice and noodles ----------------------------------------- This post may contain controversial personal opinion, humour, ironic comment or sarcasm. | Try making your own stir fry sauce. Just mix together one table spoon each of dark soy sauce, runny honey and Sharwoods sweet red chilli. Change the quantities to suit your own taste,We prefer a little extra chillii. Only add the sauce at the end,to avoid burning. ----------------------------------------- Gustav Mahler is the finest composer who ever lived. |
