Some sunny spells today and mostly dry. However, bands of cloud and showers will move southwards through the day, falling as sleet or snow inland. Windy with coastal gales this afternoon. Cold....................or at least that's what the weathermen say |

After a frosty and icy start, it will remain cold but with plenty of sunshine through the morning. Cloud will spread from the northwest this afternoon, with some rain set to arrive around dusk, turning to sleet and snow inland....................or at least that's what the weathermen say |

A cold start with the risk of ice and fog patches. It may brighten up for a time in the north, whilst further south will see cloud with patchy rain, sleet and snow which will extend back north later.....................or at least that's what the weathermen say |

We will see the odd spot of light rain or snow at times through the day, mostly over higher ground, with largely cloudy skies elsewhere. Feeling chilly but with light winds......................or at least that's what the weathermen say |
