Good Morning anyone
After a chilly, generally dry start it will turn milder with rain, heavy and persistent over higher ground, spreading in from the west, with localised flooding possible. Winds will strengthen once again, with gales likely across exposed coasts and hills. ....or at least that's what the weathermen say !

10 degrees and cloudy but dry at present in Burntwood. Heavy rain forecast from about mid day onwards. Hibernation time?

A mild day with further outbreaks of rain. This will be heaviest and most persistent over the hills with a continued flood risk for some, especially Cumbria. Remaining mild and windy gales in some exposed places.. ....or at least that's what the weathermen say !

Today will be a much improved day than of late with many seeing sunny spells. Some showers may linger over high ground but it should remain dry for most. Gusty coastal winds will gradually ease as temperatures stay around average. ....or at least that's what the weathermen say !

For most this morning it will be dry and mostly cloudy start. However, by lunchtime rain will approach from the southwest, bringing heavy rain on any hills this afternoon. Winds will strengthen throughout with gales later. ....or at least that's what the weathermen say !
