It ain't so easy these days.

Well i'm definately a rickity old crock today beast, my poor old back has gone this morning.

Take it easy and rest up Meerkat :: Can be very frustrating, I know ... when you can't get around.

I'm getting to the age myself where I'm just glad if I can keep my mobility and flexibility in me joints. I've never been keen on exercise ... quite slob-like really ...

My teeth although good for my age, ain't what they used to be.

Since heart probs last year I'm rapidly falling apart.Sciatica on right side a kind of burning pain over left shoulder blade and neck,arthritis in right wrist and elbow,occassional gout.Only thing that seems to work (too hard in my opinion!) is my waste disposal system
