Good morning - Another grey day but no rain forecast. Allotment, a ride to get the prescriptions and a visit to see my brother. Let's see if it all goes to plan.

Edit at 4.50 p.m. I've done all the things I said I was going to do.

Good Morning - Don't know why but I have not had a good night's sleep. Spent more time awake and gave up the fight at about 04:30.

The forecast for us today is constant cloud and a lot of rain of the wet variety.

Good morning - Plenty of rain forecast for around here as well. My tomato plants have got blight. Doom and gloom!

I was looking forward to eating my own home grown tomatoes, but first they developed blossom end rot and then the ones that survived that developed a blight....I cut the plants down and ditched 'em

Another gloomy morning after a cloudburst and thunder in the night. The main road into the village was flooded to the pavement level when I went to get my newspaper.  The weather forecasts predicts sunny intervals later today - but at present it looks a bit optimistic.

Libby is going to moan when she gets up - some of her tall flowers in the rear garden have been flattened by the rain.

Good morning - The Sun is shining and I'm thinking about giving the car a clean ..and starting it up. It hasn't been driven for weeks.

Good morning - Dull here too. I did the car yesterday as planned. Charged the flat battery up and went for a short drive. Lots of moss and plants under the car because it doesn't get used, so I spent time clearing that up. More tidying of the garden later.

Over cast again 19°C.
