| It may not be common knowledge to many english people, even those who can speak and read the lingo that boris once spent sometime in oz in his gap year between finishing at Eton and moving onto Oxford. He seemed to be happy in a rumble and tumble -driving tractors and playing aussie rules and some even then did recognize he was going places. One such observation was that "he was a bit of a dag" - you'll need to refer to your ozzie outback slang dictionary to learn that one! I expect his son will go to Eton too?? boris in oz |
