Boris's Vaccine

Can someone explain to me why Boris needs to have the vaccine when he was supposed to have had the full blown virus?

I expect part of it is to show faith in the safety of the vaccine in view of other countries halting their vaccination programme. Also, I have read the the anti-bodies developed by those who have had Covid-19 don't last forever. That might be another reason for still wanting to be vaccinated.

I think it's because they don't really know yet how much immunity having had the virus gives you.
And if I were Boris I would want the jab as well, just to be on the safe side.

I have heard immunity only lasts several months but they don't seem to know exactly how long 'several months' is yet. I expect (hope) it will become more researched and better as time passes.

And that is all the likely reason Boris has had his jab.
And I don’t blame him.

His is certainly taking advice from the top health experts that surround him that's for sure!

I thought Theresa May was unlucky to be stuck with the Euro war. Boris is stuck with pestilence.

I must admit a certain liking for Boris...bumbling, witty with a certain humility, such a change from the usual stuffed shirts of old.

I don't see much of his wit and he's one of the worst public speakers that I have ever heard.
