Good morning - It's cloudy and has just started raining. Just as I was thinking about going to do some more digging too. I'm so disappointed.  

did anyone mention rain? - we had steady lashing monsoonal rain for at least 6 hrs maybe longer I fell asleep exhausted counting raindrops! an this morning it was what we used to say in my youth "no it's not raining ya alright it's just spitting ya won't get wet"? mind you didn't bother the dog on the daily walk

Good morning - Grey skies and 10ºC. Not much happening today.

did I mention monsoons at all - well the whole 'top end' has been awash and as far down as Sydney - no the city not the fella ! - yes cattle are stranded - people are stranding and some entire homes are floating away - this is a big country and we do things big!

Good afternoon - Not a bad sort of day. Bright and not too cold.

I spent the morning repairing a leaking Dehumifier. It turned out to be a leaking seal. Of course I didn't have anything like it but I coated the seal in black bitumen and screwed it all back together. It seems to be OK.
