Good morning - We have had some rain here but not very much. Just gloomy and damp. There's no change from that this morning. I'll be riding along to the doctors pharmacy to pick up a prescription. That will be today's essential journey and exercise.

Good morning - Wet and miserable at the moment but looks like it might dry up later. I didn't go to the pharmacy as said yesterday. Definitely have to go today though.

Cold and snowing again this morning

Good afternoon - Cold, grey and dry.

I seem to spend much time riding to and from the pharmacy to pick up prescription items and today was no exception. One item was missing though and won't be there until next week, so that's another time I'll have to go there. Then my own prescription items will need ordering and collecting ..and so on.

Not grumbling because going there and back gets me out. If it wasn't for that, I'd hardly be going out at all.

My local pharmacy deliver our medication for us....I just order online at the surgery and they are delivered free.
