Good afternoon - Since one morning is much the same as another these days, I thought I'd start checking in later in the day to say how the day might have differed from the last one. :)

Well, the day hasn't differed a lot from yesterday but I have sorted out the wires behind the computers and managed to simplify the whole mess of cables, power supplies and mains sockets. I've also spent some time sitting in the warm sunshine. I might watch a bit of TV soon.

Regarding the dettol spay Malcolm, it does say on the bottle that it kills coronavirus. I'm not sure how effective it is against this strain of it though.

Well the weather is good again...never seen so much sunshine day after day

Good afternoon - No need to apologise Malcolm. I'm not always right ..in fact I'm often not right. :) I read bleach does do the job too and I might make up a solution of it.

It's a lovely day so I cut the grass this morning. A lot of it is moss and the lawnmower just pulled it up in balls. The 'lawn' now looks a bit bare in places but at least what's left is short.

Also finished putting down the 'Wet & Forget' patio and driveway cleaner. I'd already done the paths and patio at the back of the house and so only needed to do the front block paving this morning. This involved moving the car that hasn't been started in 3 weeks. It started on the button surprisingly.

Just have to wait for the cleaner to start working now. It can take a number of weeks before a difference is noticed.

I did a bit of garden tidying yesterday too...it exhausted me
We have decided to go to Aldi this morning and get some supplies, things not available in Morrison's and stuff that requires inspection before purchase.
We will wear our protective gloves, keep our distance and use every hand sanitiser available.

Good evening - I did nothing much today. It's been nice weather though and the sunshine in the garden has been most enjoyable. :)

Good morning....Another lovely day on the cards today 
Aldi was a breeze..very organised full shelves and only about ten shoppers in the store at a time and everyone was distanced from everyone else. We managed to get all we needed and wanted.
Had an hour in the garden in the afternoon sunshine watching the flowers grow.

Good afternoon - Another sunny day but I'm sure the situation will soon change Beast. You'll be the one with the sunshine and we'll be getting the rain. :)

I've been out in the garden all day doing this and that. A pleasant day really. I'm sure the sunlight has a different quality since the human race stopped polluting the air so much. Not so much car and aircraft exhaust I suppose. For whatever reason, the sunlight seems somehow brighter.

Breakfast in bed for me today courtesy of my good lady, after a 'restless legs' night .... couldn't get to sleep 'til early morning
OK now after a big bowl of weetabix and fresh fruit and I'm ready for the day, so I think I'd better get up

Good afternoon - I have swept out the shed and serviced the lawn mower. Even took the blade off and sharpened it. I've sat in the Sun a lot but now feel a bit lethargic. I might be able to regain my enthusiasm for life after a beer. :)
