Good morning -Even more rain today

Good morning - It's sunny at the moment but the clouds are gathering. No rain forecast though. I'll be going to the allotment shortly to do a few things.

It would normally be supermarket day today but the car is playing up and it's in the local garage at present. We did an online shop instead and this will arrive this afternoon.

I've never shopped online for groceries Mart...always gone to our 'local' (6 miles away) Aldi
However in the current virus crisis it may be a good idea....who would you recommend ?

We tried Sainsbury and they were fine. We are trying Asda this time but the delivery hasn't arrived yet, so I can't say about that. Asda e-mailed to say that they will be substituting some items for others because they are out of stock of the ones on the original order. I think that's a fairly commonplace thing to happen though.

Malcolm I have used them all for on line shopping but the best one for me is morrisons
they are on time and the drivers are great 
everything comes in bags I just empty give them back to the driver and he deducts the money off

Good morning - A bit grey out there but I'll soon be off for a U3A walk anyway. Just need to take my umbrella. :) 

The Asda goods arrived on time but a couple of items I added to the list as an afterthought didn't get included. OK other than that.

I notice Amazon are doing online shopping now by being associated to Morrisons.

we are also having some lovely thunderstorms between the coast with the lad and family and back home - just arrived back. friend puts me on charabang in broome and the runaround picks me up as a bonafide returning patient to deliver home and some kind soul had already switched on my room aircon  - how kind!
