this is one of my favorites

Prawns and Green Beans with Bechalan
This is a seriously interesting dish with a kick of its own
 
It does suggest 3 tbs of chilli paste when making the bedchalan paste. But I would suggest trying a 1 or at most 2 before getting serious.
The dish consists of medium sized prawns with 3cm cut runner beans or you can try eggplants, asparagus or okra.
Serve with rice
Deceptively simple – it’s the bechalan past that kills it – only for serious very spicy afficiandos!

this is a pretty close recipe but I cook 6 medium sized prawns with the beans as an extra - love a bit of meat with it [sea meat!]

Good morning - Wet and windy last night when I went to bed. Cold and frosty this morning. Only in Britain is such a quick change possible.

I'm going to spend the day washing the car, sweeping up leaves and getting a room ready for the Christmas visitors.
