He must have seen my family photo album.

Today it's chicken and leek pie with roast spuds, carrots and runner beans, and chicken gravy.

For the last three years I have been wanting Birds Eye Fish fingers. Good job too as the other two grandchildren are around for lunch. Poor things don't realise it will mash potatoes instead of chips and some nice veggies.

Sea Bass fillets today with sautee potatoes, carrots and courgettes.

Spaghetti Bol with garlic bread . 

Might make room for Apple pie topped with Greek  yoghurt but for supper  :;smile:

Sausage meatballs in a tomato, garlic and basil sauce with added ginger and chillies.
Served with spaghetti and bruschetta

Sorry Malcolm going to pinch your idea from yesterday but accompany mine with some home made garlic flat bread  :;smile: :;smile:

Roast chicken...roast spuds, parsnips, runner beans ( from allotment) roasted butternut squash
carrots gravy.strawberries for afters .

Roast beef, Yorkshire puds, Green beans, Carrots, Peas, Roast potatoes, Baby Corn, with a nice thick Gravy.

 Of course I am "My Little Sunflower". I live on my own but do not live out of tin cans like a lot of other singles I know. I still like to prepare proper meals. 

Butterflied and flash fried chicken breasts , with macaroni cheese and tomato shallots and red pepper salad
