 Of course I am "My Little Sunflower". I live on my own but do not live out of tin cans like a lot of other singles I know. I still like to prepare proper meals. 

Butterflied and flash fried chicken breasts , with macaroni cheese and tomato shallots and red pepper salad

Thursday is Pizza night for me, Pepperoni of course. It's my weekly break from preparing proper nosh.

A refreshing salad with crispy rolls, and strawberries and cream for afters.

Chinese chicken curry with lots of onions served with crispy chips

Spaghetti Bolognese with plenty of Parmesan cheese on top. Lovely.

Beef Strogannof for us today with plain boiled rice.

We are having steak and onion pie with the usual vegetables and roast potatoes.

We are having Pasta Carbonara today....never made it before but it's looking good !

Chippy day with omelettes today.

I am doing hubby's favourite today. Liver and onions with smoked bacon and mash.  He likes some of the fat from frying the bacon poured on his mash. Too mush added grease for me.

Roast ham, boiled spuds and cauli, carrot and swede mash, broccoli and cabbage, and lots of gravy.

We are having a minced beef and onion pie each today, with vegetables. :;smile:

Garlic king prawns in a Thai style stir fry with vegetables and noodles.
