Good morning - Grey but dry here today. I washed the car yesterday for the first time since the drought began. I used a few buckets of water instead of a hose. I think I'd feel guilty if I used a hose. We still haven't too much rain.

Supermarket day today. We'll be able to go there in our superclean car. :)

Good morning - A bright day and I've already hung the washing out to dry. We're going on a train ride to Reading today. I expect I'll have to suffer looking around the shops but it's Mrs Mart's Birthday, so I ought to do it. :) Our daughter and granddaughter will be meeting us there as a surprise.

Good morning -Just back from a weekend in N Wales.....great hotel, great food, great weather.

Good afternoon - Many of the family came around on Sunday with a cake in honour of Mrs Mart's birthday, which was a few days ago. She's a popular person. She gets far more cards than I ever do. She gets flowers too and I don't get those either. :)

Monday was spent doing not very much and this morning was the Asda trip. We lead a very exciting life all in all. :)

Good morning - A dry and bright start to the day. I'll be going to the allotment today to do a bit of raking and weeding. There's some rendering dropping a building at the bottom of the garden. I'll be repairing that this afternoon.
