Good Morning - Even more Sun today. We're just outside of the Greater London area where the mid-thirties are forecast for today. I expect it will be warm enough though. Some rain is possible from Friday onwards.

Good morning - A sunny and warm morning. I might take a trip to our friends allotment today. They have gone on holiday for 3 weeks and given me permission to go to the allotment any time and pick what I want.

I expect we'll be eating plenty of courgettes, beans, red currants, raspberries etc over the coming weeks. :)

iam feeling a lot better since starting on steroids
the doctor thinks I have polymyalgia rheumatica that's inflammation of my joints very painful
so iam sorry for not posting I have not felt up to it.. hope
your all well and I see some new posters so welcome  :;smile: :;smile: :;smile:

Good morning - Very warm and mostly sunny. I'll be riding my bike to see our son and my brother later. That will a hot ride.

Hope you feel better soon Jenkay. Mrs Mart has been given steroids for painful joints (rheumatoid arthritis). They do help quite a bit.

Yes Jen, a friend of mine has this condition and she swears by her medication.
It has vastly improved her situation

Good morning - Same here Malcolm. Heavy overnight rain, more expected on Sunday. I've got all the doors and windows open to blow some of this cooler air through the house. The room temperature is down to 22°C. It was 27°C yesterday.

The rain didn't amount to much...not enough to fill an eggcup

Good morning - Pouring with rain overnight and this is expected to last until this afternoon. The weeds in the lawn are recovering well. The grass looks as if it has got some catching up to do. :)
