You had that on Monday Jeanie ??? That was steak and onion pie. We have quite a few pies in the freezer we love them and they are good value. Today we are having fried lamb steaks. We prefer them to the chops. |

| Having worked in the kitchen everyday for the last 6 months, I shall be letting the other half do most of the cooking over the winter. Tonight it is a full lamb rogunjosh with the works. Will also be partaking of these two classics! |

| Hello Irene! Glad to see that you are still knocking about.....So to speak!!
My long term partner Lisa is the expert on red wines and works the bar/bodega for us whilst I run the kitchen ( On my own ).....I can do things with tuna steaks and gambas that would blow your taste buds........My favourite wine comes from ' Lidles ' at 57 euro cents a litre....So I am am no aficionado..... But i can drink most wines....
Tonight we are having pork loin steaks in breadcrumbs with spicy noodles......And no doubt a few glasses of local vino.....
It was 30 degrees here today and we spent most of it clearing the debris from a hailstorm we had three nights ago......Long term forecast is for lots of sunshine.......Lots of working in the garden... |

| I have a vague notion in the back of my mind that I have visited Girona, but I can’t for the life of me recall when it was. I was in Barcelona for some reason. Who knows, I might have visited your establishment. :;smile: ----------------------------------------- ..
