What's on your menu today

Hello Davo - Some of the meals we've had around our Son/Daughter-in-law's house have been good. They have quite a few friends who are Thai and the girls are fantastic cooks. They all work together in getting the food ready. The funny part is that, after the English folks have dug into it, they take some and add spices to bring it up to the eye-watering level of hotness that they like.

I've been caught out once or twice by having some of that. :)

We have a couple of Thai restaurants nearby Malcolm but I think we wouldn't be forgiven if we were to go to one. :)

Pork chops. Sorry Saags with all the veg and a bit of gravy yummy 

Time to come away from the curries for a while. Fishcakes, chips and baked beans today.

A nice lump of pork to-day--second cut of the neck-roasters ,mushy peas,caulliflower. :;smile:

The orzo/panchetta/pea dish that I detailed a few weeks ago.

This is rapidly becoming a favourite being quick, simple to make, nourishing and best of all, very nice to eat!

Spaghetti Bolognaise today for us, bought from our local Italian takeaway

Tuna Nicoise today.

Cumberland sausage, mashed potato and green beans in gravy.

Prawn Tikka Marsala today

Pork chops, sauteed potatoes broccoli and cauli.

Asian chicken noodle salad.

Just had crusty rolls salad and ham.  

Washed down with a cuppa

Lamb chops roasters mushy peas  ok too :;smile:

Good old Sunday dinner cooked by hubby. He wanted to learn to cook so I just supervise.

Been a bit poorly of late. No, not telling you so do not ask  

Beef casserole with a baked potato today.
