| I have a couple of home built desktops. One is on 32 bit Ubuntu and the other on 64 bit Mint. Ubuntu was gradually becoming all bunting and frolics so I built the 64 bit box to try out Mint. I think it is a near call but I think Mint may just have the edge on Ubuntu. It seems to be built with one eye on the geriatric brotherhood! |

Don't exaggerate Beast .... even I could understand Ubuntu. It's one of those lost Amazonian tribes that civilization has just discovered and connected to the internet. |

| I ask my trusty Toshiba satellite to connect every morning ... but only when the satellite is not on the dark side of the moon or else it gets annoying when my broadband drops. |

| I use a Windows 10 computer or an i pad. I am however getting an issue with the i pad. When I click on MAIL my e mails come in and the ones from the forum of course include a link to the latest message. More often than not, when I click this link, it takes me to the message BEFORE the last one. So I go back to messages and click the link again, this time as if by magic the message at the bottom is indeed the last one. Any ideas please? ----------------------------------------- Gustav Mahler is the finest composer who ever lived. |
