that's not unusual they are always canceling   appointments  and still blaming covid

Been a day of mixed fortunes but now I'm supping a nice cuppa

single fig temps now in oz through the night and so when I walk the dog before sun up it is still very chilly and warrants a cardigan and long jeans but not quite a scarf! but then it will hit top 2o's by midday. I have now had my 4th covid and regular flu jab but have never had either infections? the dog loves his walk and sniffs at all the smells of kanga that have brushed the plants before us - apparently dogs eyesight being different can't see bounding wallabies that I can - so he thinks he sees something and then moves on whereas I know it is a fleeing wallaby. amazing speeds they have too! since I have been walking him regularly in this style on the leash my crook knee [left]which had experienced a broken cap in places is much stronger - I doubt if I could jog much but walking much better with one stick and still taking my Hemp gummies one per day which seems to help - we'll know when they run out cos they ain't cheap!

better start to the day the suns out  and no rain

its cannabis extract but not the substance that sends you high - so its cannabis hemp and they produce chewy sweets that seem to reduce pain in the joints but they are not cheap but are legal here in oz so I'm been taking em for a few months now and on my last bottle so once that's gone we'll see how the knee and all the other joints go without em??
