A couple of customers have tested positive for Covid in my local pub, so that is out of bounds for me now.

yes same weather here i can put up with the rain but that bitter wind is awful santa

Right, thats over for another year. We trust that all were able to enjoy a day to fullfillment and spend it with loved ones?
Mrs Beastie and I spent it together and alone as is our custom.
I cooked the traditional turkey with all the bits and pieces, listened to music, watched a film and generally enjoyed the day conversing with friends and relatives around the world on social media thingy's.

The sun is shining and its around 16 degrees so doors and windows are open which adds to a sense of wellbeing and generally feeling good.

the local farmers are predicting a cold January/February so there could be a few log fires lit in the coming months.

We were the same Beastie, with family members succumbing to this bloody virus !!
So just the two of us and a turkey, very low key indeed.
Cant say I'm very fond of Christmas, never have been....so glad it's behind us again !
