Good morning - It's sunny here this morning but possible thunderstorms tonight, so I'll expect the Sun to go away during the day. I hope the good weather lasts until early afternoon. We are meeting some friends in a pub garden at lunchtime.

Nice and sunny in the North West --may nip off to Southport for a nice chippy dinner.

Good morning - It's dull with a threat of rain and possible thunderstorms. Still warm though. Not sure if I'll do much today. Work on the allotment needs good weather but the owner will be glad of the overnight rain. The earth was very dry.

Good morning - A look at a weather maps soon shows which part of the country will be wet and which will be dry. We're on the 'wet' part. It's absolutely pouring down and has been for hours. It won't start to dry up until early evening according to the forecast. No going to the allotment today. 

They've had a tornado up in Auckland! Must have escaped from the USA!
