| Still over 30 degrees daily here, a huge thunderstorm the other night but with very little rain. I am havibg to drench my tomato and pepper plants twice a day but the are yielding loads of fruit.
The resurgence of positive virus tests are increasing here in Catalunya on a daily basis and more restrictions are being imposed but are then being questioned by regional courts and judges and being rejected.....All getting very political and nasty.
The door on the cellar/garage has come off its railing and its going to be a helluva job fixing as its oak, forty years old and weighs 1000 kilos with cast iron ribs on the inside....A lot of thought is going to be have to be given.

| Good evening - It's been a grey but warm and dry day. The day was spent putting together some rack shelving units. It was advertised as being easily slotted together but I didn't think it was.
They sent double the number of units that we needed or paid for. Like good people, we phoned them up and told them. We were thanked for our honesty. :) |

| Still well over 30 degrees everyday, the water bill will be more than usual when it arrives.
Couldn't sort out the problem with the garage door myself so have had a comapny look at it and am waiting for a quote for either repair or a new one....Urgh!
The resurgence of the virus in various parts of Spain have led to the mandatory wearing of facemasks at all time when out and about apart from on the beach or eating in a restaurant or bar.
This virus is here to stay and we will have to live with it until a vaccine is developed.
The Barcelona central region is on the verge of reverting back to lockdown because of the number of positive test results........Mmm, all getting very political again, as it is in the UK.
Stay safe and well all, inc Davo, of whoum we have heard little from for some time. |
