Good Morning + your weather report

Good morning - We had a short snow shower here but the cloud is rolling away now and blue sky can be seen.

We're having our motorised garage door replaced by a manual up and over door today. The motorised one has proved unreliable and we've finally given up on it. The company that sold it is no longer in business.

Our son is having his carpets fitted. He may phone if there are any problems.

Going to our friends' house tonight for a take-away Chinese meal.

Good morning - Cold and grey today. I'll be heading over to our son's place soon to give a hand at sorting out this and that. I expect other family will be visiting this afternoon.

Good morning - Bright and icy here. I just had to spend a few minutes scraping ice off the car windows. We'll be going to Asda later ..but not before going to our son's house and then to the train station to buy train tickets for a trip on Friday.

Good morning.....very cold and dull and damp and showery......nothin doin today but off to Preston tomorrow for my car's fist MOT, even though it's in perfect condition with just a little over 14000 miles on the clock, I am 'apprehensive' it's in my nature being a lifetime worrier !

Coincidence, I have to take the car for the ITV, tomorrow, which is the equivalent over here.
MM, I am a tad wary as my car is 19 yrs old.

Good morning - It's always a relief to get the M.O.T. over and done with. Another year before it has to be worried about again.

Warmer but wet here. We'll be taking a train trip to Eastleigh this afternoon. No mean feat with the power wheelchair and all but a person has got to do what a person has got to do. :)

not been a good week for me
I lost my best friend suddenly  she had a lot of problems 
but she passed so quick  it was such a big shock  for us
we have been best friends for 60yrs  life is going to be strange now

Good morning - Mild for the time of year and dry too. I hear all this is about to change later.

I've just been giving one of my bikes a going over in readiness to give to one of our sons.

Yesterday's Eastleigh trip went OK. It wasn't a day out. It was do with the rather complicated family situation regarding our eldest son. We hope that one day, we'll be able to retire from all that ..unless our demise retires us first. :)
