My new holiday home in the lakes

Just bought this lovely caravan in the SW Lakes
It was a bargain on eBay
Needs a bit of sprucing up, but we hope to spend a few weekends up there come Spring !

there's a good weeks work wanted on that 

We had a lot of stays in caravans when the kids were young and thoroughly enjoyed them.  However these days we like to be waited on.

We have had many holiday in the lakes.  We spent several holidays in a small old cottage just outside Ambleside, on the way up 'The struggle', going towards the Kirkstone Pass.

Did you just get the caravan? Or do you have to pay site fees too? I don't really know how these things work.
