Plenty of steam cider man. It's a pity they couldn't have tapped into it and fed it through to peoples Homes for extra Heat.

A lot of motels, hotels and residential houses do have thermal heating in that area Gandalph. It's a bit more sophisticated now but they used to drill a hole and stick a pipe down.
