Just had two letters, one about my tax code going up and one about my state pension increase.
Altogether I will be ..... £17 per month better off yes murgs dance

Still waiting for my letter to arrive Malcolm. Wow, what are you going to do with all that extra cash. If the water rates go up, which they are expected to in April, it will nibble a bit of that back from you.

Yep! it all mounts up Malcolm. So much for the £17.00 per week increase. Even if they doubled that it still wouldn't make much difference.

A smidgen multiplied by 4.333 is still not much.

I'm glad I don't have that problem. It's at times like these when abject poverty is my norm that I appreciate what I haven't got.
