What's on your menu today

Today it's roast chicken with eight peeled cloves of garlic inside, with roast spud carrots and cauliflower.

Roast beef today with Yorks puddin's roast and boiled potatoes, cauli, cabbage, broccoli , carrots and loads of beef gravy !!

 a traditional Sunday lunch with a bottle of full bodied Pilastro Primitivo red wine. Followed by a power nap.

made a nice Thai Larb salad tonight - yummie!

Beef stew today.

Roast beef today with  boiled potatoes, cauli, swede, broccoli , carrots and loads of beef gravy !!

Beef stew again today. Made so much there is enough. Having it with mash and tinned peas.

Chicken and bacon cassoulet, with cannellini beans, onion, celery, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes(tinned)...served with sauteed potatoes.

Steak, baked poato, fried onions & frozen peas

Chinese beef and vegetables, sirloin strips with finely sliced onion, peppers, celery, mushrooms and broccoli florets

Leg of Mince with Onions, Broccoli, Carrots, and peas. Can't be bothered to add anything else.

Sweet & Sour king prawns (last of the giant ones we were given for Christmas. I thought we'd eaten them all but found a couple lurking at the bottom of the freezer yesterday.)

Having them with garlicked pak choi & beanshoots in oyster sauce.

Pepperoni Pizza tonight. Just on it's own. Poor thing.

Didn't have time to post earlier. We had ostrich burgers with fried onions,carrots,peas and roast spuds with lashings of onion gravy.

Well, the Pepperoni Pizza I had planed took a nose dive. Anyone ever seen a Pizza that was one hour ten minutes over cooked, not very appitizing to say the least. I put the Pizza in at two minutes to seven then dozed off in the armchair. It was 8:30 when I woke up. Pizza slightly overcooked to say the least.
