| Hey Pummie is alright ... he's a bit of a character just like the rest of us. Get out from behind that sofa ... you'll wreck your knees. |

| Well I've filled in my Profile (no 'Enter' or 'Submit' button that I could find - so I hope it worked).
Despite fiddling around in forums for some years, I am an utter computer-techno-dinosaur. Actually, I'm allergic to the 21st Century. No mobile phone, no credit cards and the computer is solely for this sort of stuff and the occasional Email.
No idea how to post a pic (avatar ?). Many well-meaning folk have tried to explain such things - without any joy.
Now, I'll see if I can find any 'meaty' threads here. Each to his or her own of course .... but I'm not much into the navel-gazing, light-weight stuff. |

| Oz is a bit big - a meeting is unlikely. When I used to fly there it takes more than 4 hours to fly from Perth to Sydney and you are looking down at a very barren scene most of the way. ----------------------------------------- This post may contain controversial personal opinion, humour, ironic comment or sarcasm. You anywhere near Rockhampton, Maryborough Biloela? I was born in Maryborough, Ciderman - but left when I was 10yo. It is about 3 hours drive north of me now - 'just down the road' in Aussie terms. |

Only about 24 million, (mate). Spread over an area more than 30 times the size of the UK ! : : So it's fairly unlikely that we crossed paths. Nevertheless, strange things happen - any idea in what part of Aus she was lucky enough to reside ? |

I'll look forward to seeing you around once you've settled in. No doubt, Irene. Just how fortunate can this lot be - getting the two of us at pretty-much the same time ?! I wonder if there is any 'Edit' facility here. I often wish I could immediately change stuff. |
