official birthdays?

12 mths ago today I got up with terrible chest pains,i'd had them all week but not as bad!I had my coffee and 2 cigs but that didn't cure it.Within 2 hrs I was in intensive care,in the midst of a heart attack.Apparently I'd had a small one on the weds and then a big one. The doctor told me a bit later getting help and I could have died.I haven't touched a cig since then.The first day was a bit critical and waking on the following day was a bit of a result.So today I'm gonna celebrate 12 mths of nicotine abstention and tomorrow I'm gonna celebrate my first official birthday (bit like the queen) Have a good bank holiday weekend all

Haven't touched a fag or a cigar for well over twenty years now.  I still get a bad chest when I get a cold, I wish I had never started.  Don't ever be tempted again.  Hope all carries on going well for you.

Been in to town to-day i accompany an old chap to the pub who i have known for years" a rather generous chap "-hadnt been in long when an old mate came in with his young wife,we had a pleasant afternoon and arranged to meet next week--i hope he never finds out??
