You are very brave Jen....we want to have a new kitchen, new carpets and new furniture, but don't have the patience or energy to put up with the mess and all the work involved moving stuff around... so we'll put it all off for another year !

awful weather here and its dark
Malcolm i have put it off for years   mine is a very old kitchen solid wood i was reluctant to change
but the oven is now on the blink so its now or never problem is todays kitchens are not as good they are not built to last
just hope harry stays well till its done

Fairly bright here about 14°C with a moderate breeze.

Mondeo has been serviced and passed it's MOT.
I now have to decide what to do with it, too big for me now.

Never ever had a problem with injections before but this booster jab has given me a very painful arm !!

morning all
off to the launderette  this morning to do the washing  i sold my washing machine to a young farmer 
he came all the way from Lancaster the other night he walked in was delighted with it payed the money
and would you believe  he just picked it up like it was nothing and put it in his van
i joking said do you just pick the cows up to move them  he went off laughing
nothing left now in kitchen and dining room they are coming on tues to start
thank god for my daughter and son in law they moved all the big stuff
