multiple factors including covid but now they claim even the new biden regime is not supporting them and lifting sanctions - poor old cuba and i can't get hold of any cigars neither??

I don't keep up with Cuban goings-on - except during the USA stand-off with The Soviets when it started to look a bit dodgy with the missiles on America's door step..

I have now crossed Cuba off my list of places I would like to visit - it's too unstable
