juts watchin one of his oldies - he seems to be quite obsessed about Spain and spanish food and just keeps waxing lyrical!

ah finally cooked one of my favorites - bechalan prawns and runner beans - I think I did put the recipe up earlier - it annoys me because of the preparation but the eat is great. starts with a spacy sauce simmering then runner beans chopped and prawns added and then simmered for 20 mins - with rice delicious - this time I skimmered on the chilli spice and should have gone hotter!! - but heh them's the breaks - takes time to prepare but very tasty if you like chilli hot and spicy!!
