lamb mince used with more success but they are all beginning to taste the same!!

Love cooking Indian food from scratch.....Unique Indian shop just 10 klm down the coast from us......Davo.....ALWAYS use a tomato PESTO in ALL the tomato based dishes...Enhances the texture and taste enormously.

watched a Turkish cooking show recently - live in the street markets of Turkey - great dishes there - would love to visit them!
