Has anyone else had problems with this idea where the bank sends a code to your phone before they will authorise payment?
I have been trying to pay my Amex credit card bill using my bank debit card and I get the code on my phone but when I type it into the box, all I get is a message saying site cannot be reached.
I had a chat with the Amex adviser and he suggested using a different browser. I had been using Google Chrome, switched to Edge and it went through no problems.
