Good Morning + your weather report

Good evening - It's been a sunny day and a few more outside jobs have been done.

I've started my exercise routine again even though I find indoor exercising quite boring. If I close my eyes and imagine pushing my bike to the top of Ceasar's Camp (a rugged hill), I can just about tolerate it.

I hope you have fully recovered from your Sciatica Malcolm and can now do a few of the jobs that you wanted to do.

Almost fully recovered thanks Mart....still get a few twinges !
Went to the dentist yesterday, had to have one out ! it was a pre-molar that had become too 'long in the tooth' and a lot of exposed dentine, and had to go !
Glad that all's well with you and you will soon be 'back in the saddle'

Good evening - Not a bad sort of day all in all. The weather had been sunny and warm. I cleaned some windows and just generally relaxed after that. Mrs Mart made an Apple Crumble, which was very nice and we ate some after coming back in from the Thursday evening clapping session with the neighbours.

The clapping session is the time we all stand there and talk with each other for a while, from a good distance away of course. This is the first time I've managed to get Mrs Mart to come out with me and join in. She gets embarrassed by the awful cough that happens when she talks.

The neighbours are a good lot though and they all understand. Ah well, we'll now see what excitement tomorrow brings. :)

Good morning....  Grey and dull today but nice and warm.
We haven't joined in with the clapping regime, we are always tucked up in bed and usually fast asleep at 8pm

Good evening - It's been another lovely day and I've continued with cleaning the windows. We has visitors earlier. A son and granddaughter cycled over to see us. We chatted with them in the driveway and us at the front door.

I envied their cycle ride and am beginning to wonder if I'm being too strict on myself by not going out at all. Everyone else seems to be going out to do something or other.

When we were out yesterday there were very few cars and when we saw the M6 it was practically empty.
There were lots and lots of cyclists and joggers but not much other traffic .... So get on her bike and enjoy the emptiness !
