what a mad night thunder lightning and heavy rain  
hope that's not summer over

Good morning - Sunny here at the moment but showers are forecast for later. I've got an eye test early p.m. I'll be cycling over to see my brother later, weather permitting.

Had some rain yesterday, cloudy now and thunderstorms are forecast around lunchtime.

Good morning - There has been some overnight rain but it's dry now. Some grass is growing up through the weeds on the 'lawn'. Definitely looking a shade greener out there.

Family will be visiting this afternoon.

Good morning -the recent heavy rain has found a way through my kitchen extension flat roof, I got a man in and although he did some work installing extra felt, the situation has become worse !
Although the leak is fixed the roof is now holding water and resembles a swimming pool, I am now waiting for him to come back and resolve the problem !!

We'll be going for a pub lunch with an old school friend of mine and his wife today. Travelling by bus so we have a drink to go with it.

Some prescriptions need picking up at some time too.

Good morning - The forecast band of rain is over our part of the country at the moment. Just when I had to walk back from the garage after dropping the car off for repairs. Oh well, rain is said to be good for the skin. Maybe is will smooth out a few lines on my face. :)

It's a sunny start to the day but a bit cool with a top temperature expected to be 20°C. I'll be cycling over to see my brother later.

Good morning - Cloudy today but fairly warm.

We'll be going to a car show today. Vintage and unusual cars are on show. The town centre is closed to traffic and the cars on display line the streets. Good for a few hours of interest. We are meeting our son and grandson there.
